PCXpert was an information technology-related magazine in the late 1990s that promoted itself as the world’s first online magazine. For subscribers of the magazine, they could visit pcxpert.co.uk and get access to exclusive content. The magazine wrote about IT industry news, gave hardware and software reviews, and recommended internet sites to visit.
The PCXpert CD, like so many other CDs around the world at the time, promoted AOL, the premiere internet portal of the 1990s.
